Lib Dem councillor launches WaterWatch Oxford

Following recurring problems with stinking public waterways and raw sewage in the streets of Oxford, Cllr Ruth Wilkinson has set up a campaign website (http://campaigns.libdems.org.uk/waterwatchoxford) which residents from all over Oxford can use to report the problems they have had with Thames Water.
Ruth, who is City Councillor for Headington, set up WaterWatch because of problems of sewage polluting Boundary Brook, but it can be used to report problems across Oxford. Ruth said: "I am constantly getting complaints from residents about sewage feeding into the surface water drains. or pouring across the road. Residents have complained to Thames Water many times, but there appears to be little action from them."
