Evan Harris shops in Local Roots, Abingdon

Dr Evan Harris, MP for Oxford West & Abingdon, went shopping in Abingdon this morning to support the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) 'Keep Trade Local' campaign.

Speaking to local representatives of the FSB he said:

"I'm delighted to give my backing to this important initiative. I'm fully supportive of efforts by the Vale District Council and Abingdon Town Council, who are working with local businesses, to increase trade here in Abingdon."

Dr Harris went on to visit a number of local shops including Local Roots where he did some shopping.
